Overview

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baijee ("baijee", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the baijee platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, banking facilities, and customer support services available at https://baijee.vip ("the Platform").

By creating an account on baijee, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

baijee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown above. Your continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

Section 1

Account Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on baijee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual, not as a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by baijee for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee of baijee or a member of such an employee's immediate family.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on baijee at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, baijee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

1.3 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account and when submitting any subsequent verification documents. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

1.4 Account Verification (KYC)

baijee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash wallet screenshot).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) issued within the last 90 days.
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period requested by baijee may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

Section 2

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baijee currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and other bank transfers approved by baijee from time to time. Available payment methods may change without prior notice; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

2.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• baijee does not accept deposits made in cash or via cryptocurrency.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from your own payment account may be refunded and/or result in account suspension.

2.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallets and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits, unless an alternative has been verified and approved by baijee.
• baijee reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

2.4 Currency

All transactions on baijee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). baijee does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT may be converted at baijee's prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion costs will be borne by the player.

Section 3

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other incentives offered by baijee ("Bonuses") are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonuses awarded to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible game types, and validity period are displayed at the point of offer.

• Wagers placed on excluded game types (e.g., certain low-margin table games) may not count towards bonus wagering requirements.
• If a player attempts to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• baijee reserves the right to cancel any Bonus that it believes has been claimed in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion or in breach of these Terms.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

baijee employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; and systematic exploitation of free bet or cashback mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, baijee reserves the right to void all Bonus balances, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close the relevant account(s) without prior notice.

Gameplay Rules & Bet Acceptance

4.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on baijee are subject to acceptance by baijee at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation reference number. baijee reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including but not limited to bets placed on events where a pricing error has occurred or where baijee suspects market manipulation.

4.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, incorrect odds, or game software failure, baijee reserves the right to declare the affected bets or game rounds void and to refund stakes to the player's account balance. baijee accepts no liability for any loss arising from a malfunction of the internet, software, hardware, or connectivity on the player's side.

4.3 Game Rules

Each game available on baijee is governed by the specific rules of that game as provided by the relevant software supplier (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. baijee's published game rules and the supplier's certified rules take precedence over any general description elsewhere on the Platform.

4.4 Disconnections During Live Games

If you experience a disconnection during a live dealer game or any real-time game session, the outcome of that round will be determined in accordance with the game's standard rules as if the round had completed normally. Any winnings or losses resulting from a round that was in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled on the basis of the game outcome as recorded on baijee's servers, which shall be conclusive.

Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baijee Platform. Any player found to have engaged in or attempted to engage in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering or terrorist financing through the Platform.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Accessing the Platform as a minor (under 21 years of age) or facilitating access by a minor.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive behaviour, or threatening communications directed at baijee staff or other players.

5.2 Account Suspension & Closure

baijee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where baijee reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement or where closure is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Where an account is closed for a reason attributable to baijee and not to any breach by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method.

baijee collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on baijee, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

baijee uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your payment credentials (bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, bank passwords) are never stored on baijee's servers and are processed directly through the relevant payment provider's secure gateway.

baijee will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third parties solely where required to process payments, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, or investigate suspected fraud.

Section 8

General Provisions

8.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and baijee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

8.3 Waiver

baijee's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of baijee's right to enforce it on a future occasion.

8.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without baijee's prior written consent. baijee may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring.
